Ingredients- Burger
- 1) 1 pound ground 97% fat free turkey meat
 - 2) 2 zucchinni
 - 3) A mix of spices (I use oregano, italian, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder)

Ingredients – Salad
- 1) Mixed Greens
 - 2) Brocoli Slaw
 - 3) Cucumber
 - 4) Cherry Tomatoes
 - 5) Soy Sauce
 - 6) Garlic Salt and Garlic Powder
 - 7) 1/4 Avocado (not pictured but it’s really good with it)

Directions – Turkey Burger
- Set broiler on high and let heat up while you mix the meat and ingredients
 - Grate 2 zucchinis (I cup them up into small pieces and put into blender on grind section because it’s a bit faster)
 - In a large bowl, mix 1 pound extra lean ground turkey meat, grated zucchini, salt, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs oregano, 2 tbs basil, some onion powder if you have/like, 1 tbs black pepper and 1 tbs smoked paprika (I change the amounts based on what I have in the cupboard/what I feel like. Generally any seasoning you like will add to the burgers flavors and taste good).
 - I put burgers on well oiled baking sheet as they usually stick
 - You can either do bigger fewer burgers and cook for a bit longer or smaller burgers and make more servings
 - Generally I’ll make 6 medium sized patties with these ingredients
 - Place burgers in oven and broil for 8-9 minutes, take out, flip burgers and repeat for another 8-9 minutes (Just make sure to keep an eye on them)
 - You want them to be browned and crisp on the outside but juicy on the inside
 - Turkey is hard to tell when it’s fully cooked so I like to use a meat thermometer just to make sure

Directions – Salad
- Fry up some broccoli slaw with garlic salt, olive oil spray and soy sauce- (this will add some different texture to your salad)
 - Place slaw on mixed greens and top with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and avocado
 - The smooth avocado and crunchy broccoli slaw really compliment each other
 - Top salad with plain balsamic vinegar
