Ingredients
- 1) 1-2 Large sweet potato (depending on how seasoned you want. The amounts listed below for each ingredient was made with 2 sweet potatoes)
- 2) 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3) 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4) 1.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 5) 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 6) 1.5 tsp Oregano
- 7) 1.5 tsp Thyme
- 8) 1/4 tsp Cayenne (if you want an extra kick)
- 9) 1 table spoon olive oil or coconut oil
- 10) 1/2 pack of stevia (if desired)
- 11) 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2. You can either scrub the sweet potato and bake with skin on or peel all skin off
- 3. Cut into wide, thin strips and put in a large bowl
- 4. Add one table spoon of oil to sweet potato and start to mix in desired spices. Mix well
- 5. Spread fries out on well oiled pan or baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
- 6. Take out pan, flip fries and bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you want them (make sure they don’t burn!)
