Ingredients

  • Healthy thin pita wrap (I think the brand I used was “Flatout” and was 100 cals per wrap
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tofu medium-firm chunks
  • Kale
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Fat free mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Cover baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil
  • Top thin crust with any desired ingredients (For this specific pizza I made one with tomato sauce, chopped red onions, slices of avocado, chunks of tofu, bits of kale, some sprinkled fat free mozzarella cheese, and slices of mushroom)
  • Top with salt, pepper, oregano and some italian seasoning and bake in the oven on 425 for 10-15 minutes but keep an eye throughout just to make sure if doesn’t burn!
  • This is similar to the cauliflower crust pizza but gives you a bit of wheaty carbs if you have that craving!
