Ingredients
- Healthy thin pita wrap (I think the brand I used was “Flatout” and was 100 cals per wrap
- Tomato sauce
- Tofu medium-firm chunks
- Kale
- 1/4 Avocado
- Red onion
- Mushrooms
- Fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cover baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil
- Top thin crust with any desired ingredients (For this specific pizza I made one with tomato sauce, chopped red onions, slices of avocado, chunks of tofu, bits of kale, some sprinkled fat free mozzarella cheese, and slices of mushroom)
- Top with salt, pepper, oregano and some italian seasoning and bake in the oven on 425 for 10-15 minutes but keep an eye throughout just to make sure if doesn’t burn!
- This is similar to the cauliflower crust pizza but gives you a bit of wheaty carbs if you have that craving!
